About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Merchant Services products.
- Define product outcomes, set strategic direction, and lead execution.
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most complex products.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term and large scale.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership.
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, and establish goals.
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, and project managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience.
- Deep expertise in payment gateway and acquiring ecosystems.
- Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle—from vision and ideation through design, execution, and go-to-market.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into sequenced roadmaps.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in understanding customer and end-user needs.
- Strong background in business analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate dynamic environments with agility.
- Proven leadership and influence within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
