About the role

  • Provide maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives regarding submitted customer requests.
  • Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded and systems are correctly installed.
  • Communicate product dependencies and establish timeline for implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services to deliver quality services.
  • Perform post implementation analysis as needed.
  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of a service center or department environment.
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports; prepare input forms for automated data processing systems.
  • Utilize company's internal operations to perform duties, coordinate projects, and furnish information to authorized persons.
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • College graduate, preferably Banking & Finance, Business related course (desired)
  • Over (2) years' professional experience in the Financial Services (desired)
  • Preferably with strong knowledge in MS Excel and its advance features
  • Preferably with professional experience in QA tasks or function
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Applicants must be amenable to work in Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig
  • Applicants must be amenable to work on shifting (mid, night shift), weekend off
  • Applicants must be amenable to work during PHL holiday
  • Role is already reporting onsite following a hybrid set up
