About the role
- Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
- Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within functional area
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for low risk tasks and deliverables
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
- Support proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to follow and adhere to Wells Fargo policies and procedures and compliance requirements
- Accountability for execution of applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance)
- Timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues
- Ability to receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters
