About the role

  • Support the Customer Information Management Product Team's Risk & Controls function
  • Support the Data Product team to stand-up and maintain business processes to effectively manage risk
  • Design and document Controls and accompanying business processes
  • Conduct in-line testing to ensure ongoing compliance with controls
  • Develop and lead strategic large-scale initiatives
  • Lead strategy and deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring planning, communication, and stakeholder involvement
  • Partner with CI SMEs and Business Control Management to design or assess controls and implement improvements
  • Ensure control procedures and reporting requirements are executed and evidenced in a timely manner
  • Act as a Control Owner Delegate for owned controls
  • Recommend remediation of process or control gaps and partner with Issue Management to ensure adherence to timelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex and unique challenges
  • 4+ years of experience with applying, executing, reviewing controls
  • 2+ years of experience with data management policies, interpreting said policies, and understanding the larger impact of these policies
  • Banking or Finance Issue Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
