Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the community
- Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
- Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
- Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
