Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, internal partners and within the community
  • Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
  • Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
