About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Commercial LC and Standby LC product managers on product governance initiatives
Monitor product performance, analyze key matrices and identify areas for improvement
Conduct product testing, gather user feedback and iterate on product features
Ability to define and help resolve problems, identify product risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
Consult with clients on products such as payment, trade, risk mitigation and project financing
Develop and execute business development plans and proposals for product
Act as primary product specialist for varied portfolio of clients developing and executing business development plans and closing deals
Support product development, initiative and campaigns
Present recommendations as a product specialist within set guidelines
Be responsible for effective partnerships with other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Commercial Banking Products experience
Deep understanding of trade finance products, processes, and lifecycle management
Strong analytical thinking with sound problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Effective communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of applicable regulations, risk, and compliance frameworks
Extensive expertise in letters of credit and associated governing rule sets (e.g., UCP, ISP)
Proficient in product analytics, including designing and interpreting performance reports
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver against product roadmaps
