About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery.
Drive execution and be accountable for all work coming out of the scrum team.
Ensure stories, tasks, and defects meet Jira Hygiene standards.
Lead feature refinement sessions to understand the problem, develop high-level solutions, and identify potential dependencies.
Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
Leverage Jira reporting to monitor team performance and board health.
Accept user stories after they have met the acceptance criteria and definition of completion.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Influence and contribute to the capability roadmap development process.
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
4 + years of experience with Agile methodology of project delivery
Knowledge and understanding of Merchant Services in the financial services industry.
Experience writing requirements for stories and working with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence and/or Jira.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels.
Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop recommendations for unforeseen issues in production, change requests, etc.
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels.
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience navigating through ambiguity.
