About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer and client discussions for highly complex transactions and large-scale implementations while coordinating internal resources
- Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors
- Prepare customized sales proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and pricing scenarios tailored to client needs
- Resolve moderately complex issues and guide teams to meet project deliverables while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, with the ability to support complex financial clients and deliver tailored solutions
- Demonstrated business-to-business sales acumen, with the ability to support sales strategies, analyze client needs, and contribute to successful deal execution
- Proven ability to support large, complex client relationships, navigating sophisticated needs and delivering high-quality, customized solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business results
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships across sales, product, operations, and relationship management teams to achieve shared goals
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, delivering clear, concise, and impactful messaging across written and verbal channels
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity, confidence, and influence
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent service, ensuring a seamless client experience and high-quality deliverables
- Ability to drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes, improve solution design, and strengthen client outcomes
- Proactive mindset to seek and deliver feedback, continuously improving strategies, collaboration, and execution effectiveness
