About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day operations and regulatory readiness of enterprise messaging platforms.
- Ensure consistent execution of retention, legal hold, supervision, and evidentiary controls.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Records Management.
- Serve as the senior operations lead during audits and incidents.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
- Oversee system reliability and lifecycle management.
- Lead platform modernization, migrations, and change initiatives.
- Manage and develop managers and senior technologists.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience.
- 5+ years of experience with operational ownership of high-availability production systems.
- 3+ years of experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Audit functions.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
