About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently, and in collaboration with Senior Relationship Managers, develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships
  • Lead or participate in the structuring, modification, and renewal of moderately complex cash flow and real estate loans
  • Review, understand, and offer the full suite of moderately complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients
  • Resolve moderately complex initiatives and guide team to meet deliverables within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues
  • Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines
  • Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • General understanding of Capital Markets, including the ability to identify opportunities for referrals to Investment Banking and Private Credit / Direct Lending partners
  • Experience working with partners to coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Wells Fargo’s suite of credit and non-credit products and services
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
