About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end product delivery across Payment Services, contributing to roadmap planning, prioritization, and sequencing of platform enhancements and capabilities
- Translate Payments Transformation objectives and product priorities into actionable plans, aligning initiatives, releases, and workstreams to strategic platform outcomes
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to support the design, build, and delivery of scalable platform enhancements across payment capabilities
- Monitor delivery progress and product health, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and constraints impacting platform build and release execution
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external partners to enable integrated, end-to-end platform capability delivery
- Participate in planning and delivery forums (e.g., PI planning, release planning, execution reviews) to drive alignment, readiness, and accountability for platform initiatives
- Communicate product and delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership, with focus on platform roadmap progress
- Manage dependencies and execution risks, escalating issues and supporting trade-off decisions aligned to product and platform outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product and delivery practices, strengthening governance, planning discipline, and ways of working across platform delivery efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management, product owner, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payments lifecycles, platforms, and messaging flows
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams
- Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or migration programs
- Familiarity with payment rails and messaging platforms such as ACH, FedNow, CHIPS, SWIFT, MT‑to‑MX, and ISO 20022
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive‑ready storytelling
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations
- Customer‑centric, outcome‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet delivery commitments.
