About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product and delivery teams to prioritize execution and delivery of Value-Added Services initiatives, aligned to strategic priorities and outcomes.
- Prioritize the VAS portfolio against platform roadmaps, capacity constraints, and competing enterprise initiatives to maximize value.
- Lead cross-functional discovery and refinement efforts, partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify service opportunities, dependencies, and target-state designs.
- Oversee product delivery outcomes, ensuring services progress from concept through delivery in alignment with defined strategy and intended business results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve strategic dependencies, trade-offs, and alignment issues impacting product outcomes.
- Identify and resolve portfolio-level risks, constraints, and trade-offs, escalating as needed to protect product outcomes.
- Provide clear, concise executive reporting on strategy, progress, risks, and value realization.
- Track and assess outcomes and return on investment (ROI) for deployed services to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
- Continuously evolve VAS product strategy and ways of working, informed by results, feedback, and changing business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or migration programs.
- Familiarity with payment rails and messaging platforms such as ACH, FedNow, CHIPS, SWIFT, MT-to-MX, and ISO 20022.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive-ready storytelling.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations.
- Customer-centric, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet delivery commitments.
