Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting MFG
Act as a key COO partner to SPG MFG leadership
Operate with a high degree of accountability and urgency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
5+ years of experience with Structured Products (e.g., MFG, ABS, CDF)
Mortgage Finance structured products experience preferred
Experience acting as a partner, overseeing business governance, operating cadence, and execution tracking for structured products platform
Strong understanding of end-to-end banking lifecycle, including booking, funding, credit analysis, portfolio monitoring and surveillance
Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks impacting Banking and Markets businesses
Experience influencing and aligned senior stakeholders across front office, risk, finance, and technology on complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience driving prioritization and resource alignment across concurrent initiatives
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
