About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex auto dealer accounts
- Developing and executing strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues
- Assessing the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction
- Managing auto applications, loan volume, and overall stability of credit portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining dealer relationships
- Terminating non-performing dealers
- Resolving complex situations and exercising independent judgment
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all levels of internal and external customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience
- Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Auto finance experience
- Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
