About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex auto dealer accounts
  • Developing and executing strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues
  • Assessing the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction
  • Managing auto applications, loan volume, and overall stability of credit portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining dealer relationships
  • Terminating non-performing dealers
  • Resolving complex situations and exercising independent judgment
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with all levels of internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience
  • Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Auto finance experience
  • Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
