About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sit within assigned bank branches and originate mortgage loans
- Perform outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Analyze and offer mortgage loan products based on client needs
- Process low to moderately complex loan applications
- Ensure timely and proactive customer communication
- Stay informed of mortgage industry trends and developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of mortgage retail sales experience
- Expertise of general lending products
- Established relationships with diverse realtor organizations
- Knowledge of LMI mortgage solutions, lender paid assistance programs
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English preferred
