About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients and provide financial advice and counsel
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
  • Build and grow relationship with existing and referred clients
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Client Management experience
  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
  • Financial services experience
  • State Variable, Life, Annuities and Health insurance licenses
  • Sales or sales support experience
  • Client service focus experience
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions
  • Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
