About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own the strategic vision for cash flow management products and capabilities across consumer and business segments including but not limited to overdraft services
- Design and deliver solutions that enable customers to effectively manage day-to-day liquidity, including short-term funding, payment timing, and balance management tools
- Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment of product initiatives with broader business objectives and financial outcomes
- Lead end-to-end product development for new capabilities and enhancements across the cash flow management portfolio, including overdraft and related services
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate across deposits, technology, operations, risk, and marketing to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant customer experiences
- Establish and manage financial performance targets, including revenue, loss management, and customer engagement metrics
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis to generate insights, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Develop and refine pricing and policy strategies that balance customer value, market competitiveness, and risk considerations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cash flow management strategy, performance, and innovation opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding of core banking products, including deposit accounts, payments, liquidity management, and overdraft-related solutions
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy, financial analysis, and performance management within a complex, regulated environment
- Solid knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and risk management considerations related to consumer banking products
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results at scale
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
- High level of proficiency in leveraging data, metrics, and financial analysis to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges
- Ability to assess market conditions and translate insights into innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and improve operational performance
