Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
5+ years of hands-on experience at scale on Middleware Messaging environments (IBM MQ, IBM Message Broker (ACE/IIB), KAFKA, Solace)
Administration performing activities build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, deploys, configuring, patching and compliance
5+ experience in Middleware Production Support in Linux and/or Mainframe platforms
2+ years of automation experience
8+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience across enterprise environments (Desired Qualification)
6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Middleware Messaging platforms (Desired Qualification)
Strong experience supporting enterprise-level, highly available, mission-critical environments (Desired Qualification)
Experience with Kafka Connect - worker and connectors (Source and Sink). (Desired Qualification)
Ability to troubleshoot Authentication and Authorization issues (Desired Qualification)
Experience SSL certificate management (Desired Qualification)
Experience in using Ansible jobs (Desired Qualification)
