Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Software Engineering experience
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a strong focus on Java/Spring development
4 years of experience with React
4+ years of experience in Python
4+ years of experience in Angular
1-year experience with Lang Graph
1 year with multi-agent orchestration systems
2+ years of experience Kafka/S3/Dremio/Vault/EPLX (Desired)
2+ years of experience with PySpark (Desired)
2+ years of experience working in an Agile working environment (Desired)
2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) (Desired)
2+ years of experience developing or deploying AI‑powered tools, chatbots, LLM‑based automation, or agentic workflows (Desired)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
