Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients
Independently review and analyze client portfolios for key issues
Partner with coverage teams to understand clients’ businesses and identify opportunities
Lead modifications, renewals, and refinancings of varying complexity levels
Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to resolve client issues
Provide vision, direction, and expertise on evolving market needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
5+ years of experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) including credit evaluation and risk assessment
Knowledge of large corporate lending and working knowledge of ABL and Capital markets
Experience in reviewing and accurately interpreting loan documentation
Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Ability to lead and coordinate with team members across Wells Fargo
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence tools to enhance credit analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
