About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead process modernization for hardware delivery and spend governance
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors overseeing enterprise hardware delivery operations
- Collaborate with engineers, technology partners, procurement, and finance teams
- Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements across hardware intake, spend authorization, and fulfillment
- Review all requests seeking authorization for technology purchases
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for hardware delivery functions
- Ensure strong risk management and security by implementing appropriate controls in hardware provisioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in technology operations, service delivery, infrastructure operations, or related field
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a technology or operations environment
- Demonstrated success leading operations teams responsible for hardware delivery or IT infrastructure provisioning in a large enterprise environment
- Experience driving process optimization and automation in service delivery workflows
- Strong financial and spend governance acumen
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, finance, and vendor management stakeholders
- Familiarity with hardware delivery tools or platforms
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
