About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop new strategies to counteract fraud trends
  • Maintain existing Fraud strategies and enhance existing strategies
  • Continuously manage right balance between risk, customer experience and existing team capacity to review alerts
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision and innovation
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience
  • Experience in fraud risk and mitigation
  • 4+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, Python or other data management, reporting and query tools
  • 4+ years of experience using data and analytics to inform and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • 3+ years experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries
  • 6+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • Leadership experience including coaching, training, mentoring
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
