About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • 5+ years' experience with strong hands-on development experience with React
  • 5+ years Proven backend development experience using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • 2+ years' experience working with Kafka
  • 5+ years strong experience with MongoDB development
  • 1+ years strong experience with Redis
  • Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps concepts and SRE principles
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience deploying, managing, and supporting applications on OpenShift Container Platform
  • Experience implementing test automation and engineering best practices
  • Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
  • Experience building enterprise AI-enabled solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • A BA/BS/BE degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
