Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Software Engineering experience
5+ years' experience with strong hands-on development experience with React
5+ years Proven backend development experience using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
2+ years' experience working with Kafka
5+ years strong experience with MongoDB development
1+ years strong experience with Redis
Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps concepts and SRE principles
Good understanding of microservices architecture
Experience deploying, managing, and supporting applications on OpenShift Container Platform
Experience implementing test automation and engineering best practices
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
Experience building enterprise AI-enabled solutions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
A BA/BS/BE degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
