Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of fiduciary risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation (desired)
- Juris Doctor (JD) or relevant legal/regulatory experience (desired)
- Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, or remediation programs (desired)
- Experience bringing issues to closure in a decisive manner in a complex environment (desired)
- Ability to make timely and independent judgments in a fast-paced environment (desired)
- Ability to assess processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency (desired)
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other areas (desired)
- Experience resolving escalated and complex issues (desired)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (desired)
