About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the financial, operational, and strategic functions of a complex JV partnership.
Ensuring seamless collaboration between JV stakeholders and the parent company.
Coordinating and organizing quarterly Board meetings and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
Preparing and presenting Board materials that communicate JV performance, highlight key issues, and propose actionable resolutions.
Overseeing all accounting-related functions and providing strategic guidance on audit and tax activities related to the JV structure.
Leading the development and communication of monthly financial forecasts and Long-Range Plans.
Partnering with the Portfolio Manager to manage held orders, pre-sold units, and credit line utilization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of secured and/or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
Experience with forecasting, audit, tax, and compliance within a corporate finance function.
Knowledge of OEM/dealer networks is a plus.
