  • Independently develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships
  • Lead or participate in the structuring, modification, and renewal of loans
  • Review, understand, and offer the full suite of solutions to commercial clients
  • Independently lead or resolve moderately complex initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and managers to resolve client issues
  • Drive relationship planning activities to deliver solutions and maintain sales disciplines
  • Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide client feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
  • Completion of formal credit training program
  • Established local network and comprehensive knowledge of the Palo Alto / San Jose, CA market
  • Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk and ensuring compliance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
