About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as trusted advisor and domain expert on behalf of the lending businesses
  • Work to identify, strategize and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives that span the lending businesses
  • Collaborate with the lending businesses, Innovation, functional and tech teams to ensure the strategic priorities and user needs are represented in CIB prioritization
  • Work with AI Delivery teams, Product Managers and enterprise functions on roadmap and investment planning
  • Recommend business strategy and deliver Artificial Intelligence enabling solutions to solve business challenges
  • Make decisions to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders
  • Resolve issues which may arise during development or implementation
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrated experience within lending businesses, with a strong understanding of core products, workflows, and client needs
  • Proven track record delivering AI-driven solutions, including end-to-end implementation across business and technology functions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale transformation initiatives, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable, technology-enabled outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups while navigating regulatory, compliance, and legal considerations within a highly regulated environment
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and execute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Solid understanding of emerging industry trends, with a proactive approach to identifying innovative opportunities and driving continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex, global organization, influencing across teams and functions
  • High energy and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for innovation and developing scalable, strategic growth initiatives
