Lead Product Manager – Auto Pricing Group

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own prioritization and delivery accountability across complex initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and valued user experiences
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Credit Risk, and Production to ensure Auto Pricing success
- Provide leadership over highly technical, complex products, guiding product strategy, architecture alignment, and releases, while influencing business plans, requirements, and solution design
- Lead teams and initiatives directly serving as a mentor to develop less experienced talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting Auto Indirect Lending Pricing with sound understanding in dealer user experience, financial planning and risk-based lending
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels including in-person and virtual environments
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly measure and communicate results
- Analytical skills including using data to drive strategy and decisions
- Ability to assess risk issues, implement solutions, and influence change with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively partner and influence within a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
