About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own prioritization and delivery accountability across complex initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and valued user experiences
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Credit Risk, and Production to ensure Auto Pricing success
  • Provide leadership over highly technical, complex products, guiding product strategy, architecture alignment, and releases, while influencing business plans, requirements, and solution design
  • Lead teams and initiatives directly serving as a mentor to develop less experienced talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience supporting Auto Indirect Lending Pricing with sound understanding in dealer user experience, financial planning and risk-based lending
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels including in-person and virtual environments
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly measure and communicate results
  • Analytical skills including using data to drive strategy and decisions
  • Ability to assess risk issues, implement solutions, and influence change with exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively partner and influence within a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
