About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop large Loan Production, Loan Servicing, and Commercial or Real Estate Construction Loan teams
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals
- Provide quality customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- In-depth understanding of Home Lending processes
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, Sales or Transactions and Processing
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
