About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts
  • Developing and executing strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues
  • Assessing the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve relationships if needed
  • Managing auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining dealer relationships
  • Training and educating dealers around Wells Fargo products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience
  • Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Auto finance experience
  • Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
