Retail Auto Relationship Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts
- Developing and executing strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues
- Assessing the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve relationships if needed
- Managing auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining dealer relationships
- Training and educating dealers around Wells Fargo products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience
- Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Auto finance experience
- Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
