Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide, influence, develop, retain, and grow moderate to high complex and strategic client relationships
  • Manage and develop two or more teams of managers and professionals in Commercial Banking
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources
  • Strategically lead team in driving relationship planning activities
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, leadership, and expertise
  • Lead relationship management team to support Business Development Representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 + years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management or leadership experience
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
  • Completion of formal credit training program
  • Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $2B
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships
  • Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
