About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement BIM processes and methodologies within an assigned project.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software to represent the physical and functional aspects of construction projects.
Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase, minimizing errors and rework.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders through digital platforms.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure seamless information exchange and coordination.
Drive the utilization of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes to enhance project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM and VDC best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Aided Drafting, or a related field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience working in a BIM/VDC project environment.
Proficiency in BIM software, architectural design and 3D modeling software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to balance design creativity with technical constraints and cost-efficiency considerations.
Analytical mindset with an unwavering attention to detail.
Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms.
