About the role

  • Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
  • Analyze customer and results-oriented information
  • Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
  • Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
  • Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues
  • Interpret and develop a range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
  • Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
  • Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations
  • Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
