Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
Analyze customer and results-oriented information
Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues
Interpret and develop a range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management
Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale
Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations
Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management
Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
