About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of workflow‑driven strategic initiatives, supporting innovation, efficiency, and operating model enhancements across sales and servicing businesses for the Wholesale Business
  • Serve as an execution partner to CIB/CB leadership, translating business strategy into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes
  • Coordinate across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure initiatives are well‑governed and execution‑ready
  • Identify and resolve execution risks, dependency conflicts, and sequencing challenges across multiple business initiatives
  • Support business cases, intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking for innovation initiatives
  • Develop executive‑ready materials, status reporting, and decision support for senior leadership
  • Apply Agile and enterprise delivery practices to ensure consistent execution and transparency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience within Onboarding, Sales & Servicing, and Business Process Orchestration platforms
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in building multi product Onboarding journeys in a highly regulatory environment
  • Experience in coordinating deliveries across multiple functional teams
  • Strong risk, issue management, and escalation skills
  • Strong Communication skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, highly regulated yet dynamic environments
