About the role

  • Own a defined CRE client portfolio; build and execute account plans to deliver net-new deposits, fee revenue, and wallet share
  • Proactively source, qualify, and progress a pipeline of GPL opportunities (payables, receivables, liquidity, and related cash-management solutions)
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate coverage, prepare joint calls, and align sales motions for complex CRE client needs
  • Lead discovery sessions with CFO/COO/Controller and treasury leads to assess cash positioning, liquidity strategy, and operational workflows; translate findings into solution roadmaps
  • Deliver compelling executive-level narratives and business cases that quantify value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, yield/ECR optimization, working-capital impact).
  • Collaborate across Banking, Client Delivery, Middle Office, Sales Support, and Risk/Compliance to ensure disciplined execution and exceptional client experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proficiency in consultative sales, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and disciplined account planning
  • Knowledge of CRE operating models and cash-flow dynamics
