About the role

  • Provide strategic support, oversight and guidance to Wells Fargo Credit Card business
  • Partner closely with the Branded Card Business team
  • Assist in their growth by providing financial leadership and analytical support
  • Produce and explain monthly financial results and forecasts
  • Support key Branded Card activities such as investments
  • Create and present financial insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts
  • Lead and manage the Finance investment oversight function for business investment activities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, or a related field
  • Experience in finance, analytics, and/or financial reporting
  • Prior credit card or consumer lending experience
  • Knowledge of Essbase or similar financial reporting and analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of both the financial and strategic aspects of the business
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
