About the role

  • Coach, direct, and manage the sales activities of a branch of Mortgage Retail Sales Consultants
  • Manage customer loyalty and or disloyalty performance levels
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Mortgage Retail Sales functional area
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a sales team that generates quality loans compliant with company policies
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functional areas
  • Develop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements
  • Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Mortgage Retail Sales
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting individuals or team
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
