About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate moderately complex business problems
- Provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems
- Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems
- Present recommendations for resolving business problems
- Exercise independent judgment when developing project budgets, plans, and schedules
- Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
- Work with business user groups for training and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Branch product support experience (desired)
- Knowledge of Banker Connection call center systems
- Experience in Genesys Business Routing Rules (BRR)
- Familiarity with various systems such as Genesys Administrator Extension, Jabber, Interaction Console, Epicenter, Vocal Password, Electronic-Record on Demand, Customer Care Now, UiPath, Web Hogan, Virtual Assistant, Live Chat, and Official Bank Check Verification
