About the role
- Provide strategic account management for a designated portfolio of customers in the payments processing industry
- Deliver deep subject matter expertise and high-touch servicing to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Achieve companywide business objectives, including the annual revenue plan at target margins
- Maintain and grow existing relationships, identifying incremental business
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Establish and maintain sound internal partnerships through ongoing collaboration and communication
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and analysis on strategic client relationships
- Guide Merchants through complex projects and compliance mandates
- Act as a principal point of contact for all servicing and operational matters
Requirements
- 2+ years of Merchant Services Relationship Management experience
- Preferred previous merchant services acquiring experience
- Experience presenting complex information to prospects and clients
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree or equivalent
