About the role
- Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Drive operational maturity and business outcomes alignment as the organization scales
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent
- Experience supporting database and/or middleware platforms
- Familiarity with large‑scale enterprise technology environments
- Experience working with application partners and engineering organizations
- Experience with data center migrations
- Experience with organization and process Transformations
- Experience with AI in the technology field (LLMs, Agentic)
- Ability to adjust to changes in line of business need
