About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver customer experience solutions for (and using) generative AI
- Actively collaborate with Product and Technology partners to prompt, prototype, specify and test design solutions from concept to launch.
- Blend design and AI tools (ex: Figma, FigmaMake, CoPilot) to accelerate ideation, execution, and quality of design output
- Employ a broad array of user-centered design techniques to arrive at supportable and well-specified designs. Ex: customer experience brief, utterance analysis, market survey, wireframes, visual comps, prompting, content curation, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with digital and business partners to curate source content for LLM grounding.
- Edit grounding and prompt documents for accuracy, style and approvals.
- Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects; collaborate on research to test theories and develop alternative solutions
- Self-organize to plan design tasks, set milestones, report on progress, track/resolve issues, and deliver on time.
- You may also have opportunity to lead projects and mentor other design specialists.
- Leverage and contribute to guidelines/standards to support a one-team approach. Ex: design system, Confluence resources
- Understand and balance business, user, and technical requirements; deliver value with regular attention to ROI and risk as an integrated part of design process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with AI prompts or AI‑assisted design in real products, including testing, iteration, optimization and maintenance.
- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Hands-on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
