Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 3+ years of AI enablement or AI adoption experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading enterprise or divisional strategic planning efforts
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes
  • Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives
  • Experience owning or scaling an internal enablement hub or intranet site
  • Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with working in regulated or risk-managed environments
  • Ability to support time-sensitive executive and enterprise deliverables
