- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges

Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 3+ years of AI enablement or AI adoption experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading enterprise or divisional strategic planning efforts
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes
- Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives
- Experience owning or scaling an internal enablement hub or intranet site
- Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with working in regulated or risk-managed environments
- Ability to support time-sensitive executive and enterprise deliverables
