About the role

  • Lead and participate in complex marketing initiatives including those that are cross-functional
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Execute portfolio marketing campaigns, primarily supporting Balance Transfer initiatives
  • Develop and deploy marketing messages to customers designed to drive response
  • Operate as part of a broader Marketing Team
  • Focus on message delivery and customer response outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience
  • Experience managing complex, regulated marketing campaigns with high operational volume
  • Experience with marketing execution, testing, and operational controls
  • Comfort working in highly regulated environments with audit and exam exposure
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Jira, Aprimo, CoPilot, AI, and Fiserv
  • Experience managing multiple performance marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong experience with portfolio-level campaign execution and delivery
  • Card and/or Personal consumer Lending experience
