About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert consultation on highly complex behavioral risk cases, including critical workplace events, Fitness for Duty concerns, suicide risk, and other behavioral issues impacting the workplace
Conduct behavioral threat assessments and lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team in partnership with Corporate Security, leveraging Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ) tools
Analyze complex issues requiring research, evaluation, and development of high‑impact, practical solutions
Lead assigned projects and project teams; collaborate with cross‑functional partners on enterprise initiatives
Apply strong risk management practices to mitigate behavioral, employment, and reputational risk
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Behavioral Health, or Threat Assessment consulting in an organizational setting (work experience, training, military service, or education)
Experience addressing complex, high‑risk employee relations matters requiring high‑impact solutions, such as crisis management, threat assessment, etc.
Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM)
Proven ability to advise senior leaders on diverse and sensitive topics
Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field
