About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert consultation on highly complex behavioral risk cases, including critical workplace events, Fitness for Duty concerns, suicide risk, and other behavioral issues impacting the workplace
  • Conduct behavioral threat assessments and lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team in partnership with Corporate Security, leveraging Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ) tools
  • Analyze complex issues requiring research, evaluation, and development of high‑impact, practical solutions
  • Lead assigned projects and project teams; collaborate with cross‑functional partners on enterprise initiatives
  • Apply strong risk management practices to mitigate behavioral, employment, and reputational risk
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Behavioral Health, or Threat Assessment consulting in an organizational setting (work experience, training, military service, or education)
  • Experience addressing complex, high‑risk employee relations matters requiring high‑impact solutions, such as crisis management, threat assessment, etc.
  • Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM)
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on diverse and sensitive topics
  • Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
  • Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field
