About the role

  • Support and enhance relationships with business and product leaders
  • Understand the product and business roadmaps for Payment Network partners
  • Evaluate and co-develop business cases and requirements
  • Engage with Merchant Services leaders to understand ongoing go-to-market strategy
  • Establish an internal merchant services product roadmap
  • Address payment network related business, compliance and/or technical questions
  • Provide inputs to Payment Network Update team on semi-annual releases
  • Monitor business programs and reporting for the Payments Networks
  • Develop and manage Payment Network incentive programs
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 6+ years of merchant acquiring experience with major payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Strong knowledge of the merchant acquiring and payments ecosystem
  • Proven ability to evaluate and scale compliance programs and business initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated project and program management experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools
