About the role
- Support and enhance relationships with business and product leaders
- Understand the product and business roadmaps for Payment Network partners
- Evaluate and co-develop business cases and requirements
- Engage with Merchant Services leaders to understand ongoing go-to-market strategy
- Establish an internal merchant services product roadmap
- Address payment network related business, compliance and/or technical questions
- Provide inputs to Payment Network Update team on semi-annual releases
- Monitor business programs and reporting for the Payments Networks
- Develop and manage Payment Network incentive programs
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 6+ years of merchant acquiring experience with major payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Strong knowledge of the merchant acquiring and payments ecosystem
- Proven ability to evaluate and scale compliance programs and business initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated project and program management experience
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools
