Support the development and execution of the bank’s enterprise-wide payments strategy
Shape Wells Fargo’s approach to payments innovation
Deliver clear, actionable payments analysis and strategic updates to senior leaders
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and market research
Perform data-driven analysis with analytics teams
Partner with business and product leaders to identify client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience
3+ years of management consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm
3+ years of experience in payments or transaction-related roles
3+ years of experience in project management or strategic planning
Strong understanding of product or program management
Proven leadership and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
