- Support the development and execution of the bank’s enterprise-wide payments strategy
- Shape Wells Fargo’s approach to payments innovation
- Deliver clear, actionable payments analysis and strategic updates to senior leaders
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and market research
- Perform data-driven analysis with analytics teams
- Partner with business and product leaders to identify client needs
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects while managing scope, timelines, and risks
- Create and maintain documentation related to risk policy alignment
- Assess trends to evaluate internal control effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience
- 3+ years of management consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm
- 3+ years of experience in payments or transaction-related roles
- 3+ years of experience in project management or strategic planning
- Strong understanding of product or program management
- Proven leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
