About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead branch(es) within a market of Wells Fargo Advisors
- Responsible for building an environment that fosters significant and sustained organic and inorganic growth
- Coach and provide programs for existing Financial Advisors focused on new client acquisition
- Build, maintain, and hire a robust cross channel pipeline of Financial Advisors
- Manage day to day workflow and escalate service and risk issues as they arise
- Responsible for the P&L and expense management of branches
- Collaborate with other managers and market leaders to grow the entire market organically and inorganically
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Financial Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
