About the role

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors for leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Interact directly with vendors
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Initiates action, manages change, and drives execution.
  • Demonstrates persuasive communication and strong relationship management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 7+ years in transaction banking and treasury management (desired)
  • Demonstrated enterprise-level advocacy (desired)
  • Expertise in driving enterprise-level advocacy and collaboration for data solutions and efficiency (desired)
  • Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills (desired)
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering product and technology solutions (desired)
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of Wells Fargo vision and values, competitive strengths, industry dynamics, and financial analysis (desired)
