About the role

  • Lead the end‑to‑end QA strategy for Auto Originations
  • Oversee second‑level QA reviews across application intake, underwriting, stipulation review, funding, and dealer processes
  • Identify performance, risk, and control gaps using data‑driven insights
  • Translate QA results into clear, business‑focused narratives
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a team of QA managers and professionals
  • Prepare QA functions for success in audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews
  • Maintain ownership and creation of key controls that are focused on mitigating risks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading QA programs in a large‑scale, highly regulated financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Deep understanding of Auto Originations processes
  • Ability to communicate complex risk and quality themes
  • Knowledge of Auto lending regulatory requirements
  • Experience leveraging QA platforms, workflow management tools, and performance scorecards
  • Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps
