About the role
- Lead the end‑to‑end QA strategy for Auto Originations
- Oversee second‑level QA reviews across application intake, underwriting, stipulation review, funding, and dealer processes
- Identify performance, risk, and control gaps using data‑driven insights
- Translate QA results into clear, business‑focused narratives
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology
- Inspire, develop, and lead a team of QA managers and professionals
- Prepare QA functions for success in audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews
- Maintain ownership and creation of key controls that are focused on mitigating risks
Requirements
- 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven experience leading QA programs in a large‑scale, highly regulated financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Deep understanding of Auto Originations processes
- Ability to communicate complex risk and quality themes
- Knowledge of Auto lending regulatory requirements
- Experience leveraging QA platforms, workflow management tools, and performance scorecards
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps
