About the role
- Own and manage product backlog aligned to strategic ITSM capability objectives
- Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized features and stories
- Partner with engineering and architecture to ensure scalable, governed solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment across ITSM product domains
- Define success metrics and adoption measures
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions
- Ensure platform configuration aligns with enterprise standards and data models
- Identify risks and dependencies across value streams
- Support enablement and adoption efforts through documentation, training, and working sessions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of ITSM experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- Experience with AI Agent Authoring (Configuration, LLM, ML)
- Strong communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience implementing technology capabilities in ServiceNow with proven experience in the CSDM module
- 2+ Years of JIRA experience
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
