About the role

Own and manage product backlog aligned to strategic ITSM capability objectives
Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized features and stories
Partner with engineering and architecture to ensure scalable, governed solutions
Drive cross-functional alignment across ITSM product domains
Define success metrics and adoption measures
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions
Ensure platform configuration aligns with enterprise standards and data models
Identify risks and dependencies across value streams
Support enablement and adoption efforts through documentation, training, and working sessions.

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of ITSM experience
2+ years of Agile experience
Experience with AI Agent Authoring (Configuration, LLM, ML)
Strong communication skills.
3+ years of experience implementing technology capabilities in ServiceNow with proven experience in the CSDM module
2+ Years of JIRA experience
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
